Zoids Wild: King of Blast is an arena fighting game based on the Zoids TV series. It was published by Takara Tomy for the Nintendo Switch in 2019.
Gameplay[]
The player controls one of the several playable Zoids and fights one of the other Zoids in an arena. Each character has a different fighting style. After dealing a combo that knocks the opponent over, they are invincible during a recovery period, indicated by a cross symbol over the character. The Zoids can perform a Wild Blast or Death Blast, depending on if they are good or bad, which powers up their moves for a short while. During this mode, they can activate a Final Blast which acts a super move with a cinematic where one Zoid deals a ton of damage to their opponent. Players keep the charge of the Wild meter between rounds. The characters emote with small stamps of the characters reacting to getting comboed or being able to do a Wild Blast.
