Zigzagoon is Normal type Pokémon introduced in the third generation . It is based on a raccoon and is native to Hoenn . It evolves into Linoone starting at level 20. In the Eighth generation , a variant native to the Galar region was introduced. This variant is a Normal and Dark Type Pokémon that evolves in its own variant of Linoone and then Obstagoon .
