Zero (Mega Man) [Edit] [Talk]

Zero is one of the three protagonists in the Mega Man X series, the other two being X and Axl. He is also the main character of the Mega Man Zero series.

Zero's Beginnings

He was a robot built by Dr. Wily to destroy Mega Man, but Dr. Wily never used him as he had the maverick virus, a virus that causes reploids to turn evil, so he sealed him in a capsule. He later was revived and was eventually was defeated by Sigma and the virus was passed to Sigma so Zero changed sides and eventually became one of the most skilled maverick hunters.

In the Mega Man Zero series, Zero is the protagonist. He looks different than his Mega Man X series appearence.

Project X Zone

In this series, Zero partners with X.

Super Smash Bros. series

In the Wii U version, he appears as a trophy. He was later released as a DLC Mii Costume for the Mii Swordfighter in the second set of DLC.

Trophy Description

A close friend and mentor to X, Zero first appeared in Mega Man X. He's a Rank SA Maverick Hunter and is capable of instantly learning new moves from his enemies. Zero has great faith in X's hidden potential, and together they fight to take down Sigma and defeat his rebelling forces.
