Zant is one an antagonist featured in the Wii and GameCube video game The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess where he is also known as the Usurper King. Prior to the events of the game, Zant took the throne from Midna in the Twilight Realm. His entire body is covered and you only see his face revealed near the end of the game. Despite his menacing look, he's rather childish at times and isn't the primary antagonist; that role being played by Ganondorf. In fact, Zant is considered one of Ganon's minions.

Story

Template:Spoiler Warning In the game, Ganondorf convinces Zant to release him from imprisonment in the Twilight Realm, saying that he would give him infinite power, but ends up lying so he could go back to Hyrule to fuse shadow and light... making Darkness! However, he went into Twilight with a terrible wound, causing a large weak spot for Link to finish him with. Template:Spoiler End
