Yume Kōjō: Doki Doki Panic (JP) is a Japan-only game released for the Famicom Disk System that takes place in a book with an Arabian setting and is based on a family who plans to save two children. The game was later remade and brought to North America as Super Mario Bros. 2, which was re-released later on in Japan as Super Mario USA. The game is most notable for featuring multiple additions to the Nintendo universe; one being that it was the first game to feature Birdo and Shy Guy and secondly, it featured 4 characters, which was unusual for the time.

The game was developed by Nintendo in cooperation with Fuji Television to promote its Yume Kōjō '87 (tr. Dream Factory '87) event. The family in the game consisted of Imajin and Lina and their parents Mama and Papa. All other characters were created by Nintendo for the game. However, in order to complete the game, the player must play through as all four characters.

In the Mario remake of the game, Super Mario Bros. 2, Mario replaces Imajin, Toad replaces Papa, Peach replaces Lina, and Luigi replaces Mama.

The proper translation of the title into English is "Dream Factory: Heart-Pounding Excitement".
