Young Link is a character in The Legend of Zelda series, though only named Young Link in the Super Smash Bros. games and Hyrule Warriors. The character is Link as a young boy.
In this form, he's appeared in many games throughout the Zelda series, though as aforementioned he only appeared in Smash Bros. Melee with the title of Young Link, seeing that the older version of him first appeared in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. However, in Smash Bros. Brawl, he was cut, most likely to be replaced by Toon Link. He returned in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, still appearing as he does in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.
