Yoku's Island Express is an open world pinball game developed by Villa Gorilla where the players control the flippers to help Yoku move through the world.

The player can move left and right as Yoku, but instead of jumping, the player controls a left and right flipper to send the ball Yoku is attached to into the air. The island is designed like a metroidvania which allows backtracking between areas. There are also many bumpers, ramps and other pinball features all over the world.

The game is about Yoku, a dung beetle postmaster who arrives on the island of Mokumana. Yoku must save the island from calamity when the island deity is attacked.
