Yakuza is a boss in Metroid Fusion. It is a monstrous spider-like creature fought near the Auxiliary Power Station just off the Central Reactor Core.

After Samus explores the offline Reactor Silo, she comes to an empty room; a few seconds later, an explosion is heard, then three fireballs descend above before Yakuza reveals itself. Its primary attack involves crawling around, trying to grab Samus, carry her upwards, then slam her into the ground, inflicting considerable damage. If Samus enters Morph Ball form, she can avoid Yakuza's attempts to grab her.
From time to time, Yakuza opens its mouth to spew fireballs, giving Samus an opportunity to shoot it in the mouth. Once Samus causes enough damage, Yakuza's legs fall off, and it begins space-jumping around, dropping worm-like projectiles. Samus must now shoot at its head while dodging its attacks. Defeating Yakuza, along with the creature's Core-X, gets Samus her Space Jump ability back, and leaves her free to access the Auxiliary Power Station.
