The Wii Fit Trainers are characters in the Wii Fit series who guide the player through Yoga and Strength Training activities. They also make an appearance in the Super Smash Bros. series as a playable character.

Wii Fit

In the Wii Fit series, the player chooses between the Male Trainer or Female Trainer, who instructs the player through exercises and gives advice. The trainers can be swapped at any time, and may even occasionally fill in for each other.

Alternate Costumes

The Wii Fit Trainer is a special case since every other costume is the male version. The green version is from Wii Fit Plus and Wii Fit U.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate

The Wii Fit Trainer came back in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate as a fighter. Their moves are very similar to how they were in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS and Wii U. The male costume also came back and both versions were particularly updated when it comes to facial expressions, which was a request from the Wii Fit developers according to Masahiro Sakurai.
