• The instrumentals and melody incorporate several pieces of music from the main series games, as well the sound of Poké Balls being placed in a Pokémon Center healing machine, the sound of a Pokémon leveling up, the capturing fanfare, the Pokédex evaluation fanfare, and the badge acquisition fanfare.
• The Japanese title, Mirai Donna Darou, contains the Pokémon name "Miraidon", one of the Pokémon featured alongside Hatsune Miku in art for Project Voltage. The rest of the song features similar puns, inserting Pokémon names into the lyrics in Japanese — with equivalent puns in the official English translation in the video's captions.
