Ridley is the main villain in the Metroid series. He is the leader of the Space Pirates and the one responsible for the death of Samus's parents, and the two face off against each other in multiple Metroid titles. Outside of Metroid, he has appeared as a playable character in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
