Marina is a character from the Splatoon series, first appearing in Splatoon 2. She is one half of Off the Hook alongside Pearl, and the two both host that game's Splatfests and make appearances in the Octo Expansion DLC. While they didn't initially appear in Splatoon 3, the DLC Side Order focuses on them.
