This month's featured article is Excitebike. Excitebike is the first game in the Excite series and a classic of the Nintendo Entertainment System. Excitebike spawned quite a few game, the most recent of which released on the Wii. Outside of its own series, Excitebike is referenced in numerous other Nintendo series like Super Smash Bros. or the Wario Ware series.
