We own Pokemon Sword, we have beaten the game. We bought the expansion pass in January. Got the code for the outfit. We were charged for it. (Someone has our money.) Cannot get to the expansion area. Followed all the rules from the website to download the new content. It doesn't work. We never get to go anywhere.



We have tried Nintendo support. Nintendo says it is a software problem. We have tried Pokemon support. Pokemon says it is Nintendo's problem. Meanwhile, we're still out money and have gotten nothing for it.



Will we have this problem when the next set comes out?
