The Ultra Machine is a device created by Nintendo and Gunpei Yokoi that is part of the lucrative Ultra franchise that also consists of the Ultra Hand and Ultra Scope. The Ultra Machine threw very soft balls for people to hit with baseball bats. It was intended for a younger audience.

In WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$! for the Game Boy Advance, the boss stage has player hitting balls thrown by the Ultra Machine. A similar game appears in WarioWare: Smooth Moves for the Wii, though in this game it's a standard microgame instead of a boss stage.
