Tumble

Tumble is a character that was first introduced in Mario Party 3 for the Nintendo 64. He was a host for some of the mini-games and things simular. His apperance looks like a Toad head, but with a dommino hat. He also has a body that resembles Rayman, on the account that his arms and legs, plus neck arn't attached to anything.

After Mario Party 3, he didn't appear in any game untill 5 years later with Mario Party Advance for the Game Boy Advance. In this game he played a simular role to the one he played in Mario Party 3.
