Toxic Chain ^{(JPJapanese: どくのくさり)} is a Pokémon ability introduced in the ninth generation. It is the signature Ability of the Loyal Three.

Description[]

If a Pokémon with this Ability uses a move that does not target the user, there is a 30% chance the target will become badly poisoned. If this Ability triggers when using the move Knock Off on a target with a Lum or Pecha Berry, the Berry will be consumed to cure the poisoning instead of being removed by Knock Off's effect.
