Toshiyuki Morikawa (born Janurary 26, 1967) is a Japanese voice actor who is most known for voicing Sephiroth in the Final Fantasy series since Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Morikawa reprised Sephiroth in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, as part of the Fighters Pass Vol. 2. In Nintendo, Morikawa's most notable roles are various characters from the Pokémon franchise, Rick Wheeler in the F-Zero: GP Legend anime and Sigurd in Fire Emblem Heroes and Fire Emblem Engage. His name is also sometimes mistranslated as Tomoyuki Morikawa.
Outside Nintendo, Morikawa is well known for his roles as Minato Namikaze (Naruto Shippuden), Yoshikage Kira (JoJo's Bizarre Adventure), Kagaya Ubuyashiki (Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba), Isshin Kurosaki (Bleach), Julius Novachrono (Black Clover), Eneru (One Piece), Griffith (Berserk (1997)), Leon S. Kennedy (Resident Evil) and Isaburo Sasaki (Gintama).
