Toshihide Tsuchiya (born November 11, 1963) is a Japanese voice actor from Tokyo who is employed at Arts Vision. In the Mario and Donkey Kong franchises, he is notable for voicing Funky Kong, King K. Rool, and other characters. He has worked for Nintendo EAD and Next Level Games, Incorporated.
