Tora is a main playable character in Xenoblade Chronicles 2. He is a Nopon who join Rex and Pyra in their quest for Elysium. His Blade called Poppi α is artificial and as such he is not considered a Driver.

- Another Nopon named Tora appeared in Xenoblade Chronicles X, due to their similar name and fur color it is possible that this Tora is a reference to the Tora in Xenoblade Chronicles X.
