Tomebreaker is a Skill introduced in Fire Emblem Awakening. It has since appeared in Fire Emblem Fates and Fire Emblem Heroes.

Effect

Fire Emblem: Awakening

Hit Rate/Evasion +50 if the enemy is equipped with a Tome. It is Learned by Sorcerers at Level 15.

Fire Emblem Fates

Hit Rate/Evasion +50 if the enemy is equipped with a Tome. It is Learned by Maids and Butlers at level 15 or higher.

Fire Emblem Heroes

In Fire Emblem Heroes, there are 3 variations corresponding to the color of tome it works against, R Tomebreaker, B Tomebreaker and G Tomebreaker, all falling in the B Passive Skill slot. The skill is unable to be learned by color of unit that is weak to the tome it is affecting. For example, green units cannot learn R Tomebreaker. Each level of Tomebreaker is as follows with Color corresponding to which Tomebreaker it is.

• Level 1: If unit's HP ≥ 90% in combat against a Color tome user, unit makes a follow-up attack and foe cannot. Cost 50 SP

• Level 2: If unit's HP ≥ 70% in combat against a Color tome user, unit makes a follow-up attack and foe cannot. Cost 100 SP

• Level 3: If unit's HP ≥ 50% in combat against a Color tome user, unit makes a follow-up attack and foe cannot. Cost 200 SP
