There Will Be Brawl is a fan-made live action YouTube series created by voice actor Matthew Mercer, who also plays Kirby, Meta Knight and Ganondorf. The name is a play on "there will be blood" with Brawl, the latest of the Super Smash Bros. trilogy video games, substituted.

In addition to featuring all the characters in all three games (including the Super Smash Bros. Melee ones who did not return for Brawl) it also features a variety of other characters from the respective game universes.

• Two actors in the web series would later voice playable characters in later Super Smash Bros. games and official Nintendo media:
  • The creator of the web series, Matthew Mercer would later voice Chrom in Fire Emblem Awakening, Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS and Wii U and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. He would later voice Ganondorf in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
  • Kyle Hebert, who played Wario, would later voice Ryu in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS and Wii U and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. He would later voice Dribble, Dr. Crygor, Joe and Mr. Sparkles in the WarioWare series from WarioWare Gold onward.
