"The Spheal of Approval" is the 36th episode of Pokémon the Series: Ruby and Sapphire, and the 312th episode of Pokémon the Series. It was first broadcast in Japan on July 31, 2003 and in the United States on May 29, 2004.
Plot[]
Having at long last completed her Pokémon Contest, May suggests a day of recreation in Slateport City before moving on. While she and Brock shop in the city's famous market district, Ash Ketchum and Max check out a local marine museum. However, what should have been a day of leisure turns into one battle after another as both Team Rocket and Team Magma storm the very same museum in search of a rare rock discovered on the ocean floor.
