The Powerpuff Girls: Chemical X-Traction is a 2001 fighting video game for the Nintendo 64. It was developed by VIS entertainment.
Story[]
One day, Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup are making a pie. Bubbles decides to add Chemical X to the pie. Mojo Jojo steals the pie, and gives pieces of it to the other Townsville villains, including himself. The Powerpuff Girls must defeat the baddies.
Gameplay[]
The gameplay is reminiscent of other fighting games like Street Fighter II and Mortal Kombat 4. The player selects between Blossom, Bubbles, or Buttercup and has to battle their way through Townsville. Once the player's life bar is depleted, the Girl that the player is using is KO'd.
Reception[]
The game received poor reception from sites like IGN. Some claim it as one the worst N64 games of all time.
Trivia[]
- The Powerpuff Girls and Mojo Jojo would later be playable in Cartoon Network: Punch Time Explosion for the Nintendo 3DS and the Wii.
