The Jetsons: Cogswell's Caper is a 1992 platform game for the Nintendo Entertainment System developed by Natsume. It is based on the Hanna-Barbera animated series The Jetsons.

Plot[]

As noted in the quote at the top of this page, Cogswell Cogs is setting up a mining facility on Planet M38, and George Jetson has been ordered by his boss Mr. Spacely to put a stop to it since it's 1) harming the environment, 2) trampling on the rights of the planet's inhabitants, and worst of all, 3) turning a profit for Mr. Cogswell.

The game was announced to be in development alongside The Flintstones: The Rescue of Dino & Hoppy, with the intention of both games being released and tied together by one storyline.[1] Fred Flintstone was planned to have a cameo in the Botanical Gardens level, matching George's similar cameo in The Flintstones game, but was ultimately cut.[2] Fred's sprites, however, remain in the game as unused graphics.[3]
