The Tempered Sword is a sword from The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. It is an upgraded version of the Master Sword, tempered by the Dwarven Blacksmiths, giving it a red-hot blade and increased strength. Link obtains the Tempered by finding the brother of the Dwarf in Kakariko Village who's trapped in the Dark World and returning him to the Light World, they will offer to temper the Master Sword and increase it's strength.
