The mobile version is published by Level 5 but is the 3DS version published by Level 5 or Nintendo?

From the press release, Nintendo is distributing the title, at least in Europe. Though it's a bit confusing if that counts as publishing.

Once the game is released we will know if Nintendo is publishing it in Europe. If that's the case I think that a mention of it in the "Publisher" section of the infobox will be needed.
