Takehito Koyasu (born May 5, 1967) is currently the most prolific Japanese voice actor in the business with over 750 roles in anime and video games. Most of Koyasu's Nintendo roles are from the Fire Emblem series since Fire Emblem Awakening and also provided the voice of Butch in Pokémon the Series. He is affiliated with and representative of T's Factory, a voice acting agency he founded in October 1998.
Koyasu is notable outside Nintendo are Ryosuke Takahashi in Initial D, Kururu in Sgt. Frog, Ran Fujimiya in Weiß Kreuz, Excalibur in Soul Eater, Dio Brando in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Zeke Yeager in Attack on Titan, Kuzan in One Piece, and Shinsuke Takasugi in Gintama. In 2021, he won the Best Actor in Supporting Role award at the 15th Seiyu Awards. His son, Koki Koyasu, is also a voice actor.
