Take Heart (ブレイブチャージ Brave Charge) is a non-damaging Psychic-type move introduced in the Eighth generation, in Pokémon Legends: Arceus;;. It is the signature move of Phione and one of the signature moves of Manaphy.
Effect[]
Take Heart raises the user's Special Attack and Special Defense stats by one stage each, and heals any non-volatile status conditions the user may have.
