Stephen Lee was a Software Engineer at Nintendo America, who worked on several video games and commercially used emulators.

History[]

From what is known of Stephen's time at working at Nintendo, he was one of the programmers of Pokémon Puzzle League for the Nintendo 64, then worked on the emulation used in The Legend of Zelda: Collector's Edition for Gamecube.

Stephen also worked on Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2: March of the Minis and Ridge Racer DS.

After working on the emulators for the Legend of Zelda: Collectors Edition on the Gamecube, he worked on the emulators used for the Wii Virtual Console and was the lead developer for the N64 Emulation.

Stephen left Nintendo during August 2011, having completed the Virtual Console emulations for the Wii. Any N64 emulation after August 2011, such as the Wii U N64 Emulation was not worked on by Stephen. To this day, the N64 Emulation on the Wii Virtual Console stand as some of the finest N64 Emulation available, even more so than its successors in terms of accuracy and stability.
