Starlow appears as a NPC(non player character) in Mario and Luigi: Bowsers inside story(MLRPG3). Her main role is to assist the bros on their journey to defeat Fawful, the games main antaginist
Background
Starlows first game is MLRPG3. She is not seen in any other game, making Bowsers inside story her first game
Role in MLRPG3
Starlow in the beggining of the game assists peach in throwing bowser out after Mario takes him out. When Bowser swallows the bros, toads, peach, toadsworth, and Starlow, She assists the mario bros in finding a way to get out of Bowsers body.� Starlow is the "Brains" of the group, giving Mario and Luigi useful information
Relation to Bowser
Starlow normally talks to bowser instead of the bros. She calls herself Chippy. Bowser in general thinks� Chippy is cleaning his insides, but it is really the bros. She assists bowser, telling him what to do. She also forces him to say Please in some parts. In the end, bowser realises it is indeed Starlow, which gets him fumed up
