The Standard BW (JP) is one of Bowser's three karts in Mario Kart DS, the other two being the Tyrant and the Hurricane. It has the same design as the other standard karts, the only difference being the color, which is orange. Bowser, being bigger than most other characters, is far too large for his kart. This kart has excellent speed and weight, but bad acceleration and handling.
