Spuds[1] (JP)[2] are an enemy species found in the video game Wario's Woods. They are round, vegetable-like creatures with leaves on their heads, and are the most common type of enemy in the game along with Squeaks and Fuzzes. They are very easy to kill, as a single chain of bombs is enough to destroy one.
Trivia
- Spuds bear somewhat of a resemblance to turnips from Super Mario Bros. 2.
- The name "Spud" is derived from an English nickname for the potato.
