Splash Woman is a Robot Master created by Dr. Wily. She was first seen in Mega Man 9 as one of the games Eight Robot Masters. She is known as being the first and as of yet only female robot master in the entire series. She's also the only boss in the game designed by series veteran Keiji Inafune, who is known for working on the series since the original Mega Man.
