The Spiny Coppeller is a small member of the Scarpanid Family. They are really similar to the Coppeller but are purple intead of green and they are covered with spikes.
Behavior
The Spiny Coppeller will usually fly amongst other Spiny Coppeler and regular Coppeller, they serves as protector for the Coppellers as they are very vulnerable while the Spiny Coppellers are unable to be killed by Pikmin and even kill them on contact. According to Captain Olimar, they evolved in a sort of way that they are unable to transport items by themselves.
