Sonic Riders is a futuristic Racing Video game, released for the Nintendo Gamecube in 2005. Starring Sonic the Hedgehog and other characters from the Sonic the Hedgehog series. The game also introduces three new characters, Jet the Hawk, Storm the Albatross, and Wave the Swallow, a team of Extreme Gear riding Bandits. Who, along with Sonic and co. join in the Extreme Gear Grand Prix being held by Dr. Eggman. A sequel, Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity was released in Feburary 2008.
