The Silver Thunder was designed by Dr. Stewart. This machine has the best normal top speed and great armor in F-Zero: Maximum Velocity, but it pays for that in having poor acceleration, a short boost, poor jumping, and poor turn performance. Use the boost after tight corners. Master the rocket start to partially mitigate the poor acceleration. This machine has great armor and good traction, so use the explosives on the track for speed boosts.
