Queen Serpci is a boss making her debut in Luigi's Mansion 3. She is fought in the Tomb Suites, which is located on the tenth floor and is accessed by beating Chief Mechanic Clem and using the elevator button the latter had in his possession.

Physical Appearance

Serpci resembles an Egyptian monarch, or Pharoah. She wears a snake-themed headdress.

In The Game

Serpci is first seen when Luigi awakens her by opening her sarcophagus. This causes her to get angry to the point where she activates the traps she set up in her room. Because of this, he falls into the maze below the tomb and must make his way back up.

Luigi later stumbles into her tomb by accident and mimics a pose carved in his likeness. She laughs before leaving.

Luigi eventually arrives in a desert section of the Tomb Suites, at which point Serpci blows a kiss from behind and possesses the sand beneath, creating a sand mound in the likeness of her face.

Combat

Serpci cannot move fast due to the weight of the sand mound. Her main attack is pounding the ground and sending serpents at Luigi, but the green-clad plumber can use the Poltergust G-00 to suck away at the sand mound within whose centre she resides. Once she is exposed, she will strike with several cobras, but if he uses his burst technique, Luigi can dodge. At this point, Serpci is vulnerable to a Strobulb flash and the Poltergust G-00. She has 300 hit points. Upon her defeat, Serpci will assume a resting pose, puckering her lips, before her body is sucked in, supplying Luigi with the 11th floor's button, allowing him to access the Twisted Suites.
