Satoru Shibata (born September 4, 1962) is a Managing Executive Officer and Corporate Director at Nintendo, as well as the Executive General Manager of Marketing Division and Asia & Oceania Business Division and Senior General Manager, Publisher & Developer Relations Division, and an Outside Director of The Pokémon Company. Previously, Shibata was president of Nintendo of Europe between 2000 and 2018.

Before becoming president of NOE, Satoru Shibata was the president of Nintendo Australia between 1999 and 2000. Virtually nothing is well known about Satoru, though he has been seen playing various different Wii video games during European events. Beginning in 2012, Shibata hosted most of the European Nintendo Directs, and sent messages to players over Swapnote. In April 2018, he announced that he would be leaving his position as president of Nintendo of Europe to be part of the Nintendo board of directors as the general manager of the Marketing Division and the Licensing Division.
In June 2022 he was appointed as Senior Managing Executive Officer, and in July 2023 he was appointed as Executive General Manager, Marketing Division and Executive General Manager, Asia & Oceania Business Division.
