Ryan Powell is an environment artist at Retro Studios. He joined the company in 2000, providing art for the Metroid Prime series. He became art lead on Donkey Kong Country Returns, and later led Retro's course design for Mario Kart 7, and the environment art team on Tropical Freeze.
