Rie Kugimiya (born May 30, 1979) is a Japanese voice actress and singer. In Nintendo, Kugimiya is most notable for voicing two Mythical Pokémon in two Pokémon movies, Celebi in Pokémon: Zoroark: Master of Illusions and Hoopa Confined in Pokémon the Movie: Hoopa and the Clash of Ages. Kugimiya's roles in the company is mostly from the Pokémon series.
Outside Nintendo, Kugimiya is best known for her voice performances in anime and video games, which include Alphonse Elric in Fullmetal Alchemist, Kagura in Gintama, Happy in Fairy Tail, Shana in Shakugan no Shana, Kiana in Honkai Impact 3rd, Taiga Aisaka in Toradora!, Strawberry Cookie in in Cookie Run Kingdom, and Aguri Madoka/Cure Ace in DokiDoki! PreCure; which fans have nicknamed her the "Queen of Tsundere."
