Rick Bruiser only appeared in Super Punch-Out‼ as the third opponent in the Special Circuit. He has no monstrous look and lost to Nick Bruiser, his older brother.

When Mac fights Rick Bruiser, he will sometimes counter him and will jump and attack him with a powerful punch. He smiles with his earing. Unlike Nick, he is slightly more pale in the game. He is a very tough opponent to beat, along with Nick Bruiser.
His palette swap is Nick Bruiser.
