Resident Evil Zero (known as Biohazard 0 in Japan) is a Nintendo GameCube and Wii video game. An HD remake for the Nintendo Switch was released in May 2019 and was bundled at retail with Resident Evil as Resident Evil Origins Collection. The game acts a prequel to the Resident Evil series with the player exploring an abandoned Umbrella facility.

Trivia

The gameplay demo shown on the game's disc 2 shows a Mimicry Marcus appearing in Purification room passage at the Treatment Plant. However, in the actual game only a Lurker and a zombie will appear in that passage. This seems to suggest that at one point in development a Mimicry Marcus was supposed to appear on the passage.
