Romaji: Suzuki Aguri no F-1 Super Driving) is a video game for the SNES that was released in 1993. As the name implies, it is a driving/racing game. It features eighteen different courses for you and a friend to race on. A unique feature in the game is that you can check the in-game weather before you actually start a race. Since weather does effect the race, you'll want to update your car with the right accessories before hand.
