R.B.I. Baseball 17 is a baseball game for the Nintendo Switch developed by the MLB. This game is a port of a title that released for other systems earlier in 2017. The game is digital-only in Europe.
Gameplay[]
Instead of simulating all the physics of actual baseball, the game is a bit simplified arcade-like version of Baseball. Players choose a team for them to compete with. Immediately, the game starts with the batter and pitcher in position with the pitcher able to slide about on the mound and simple button combinations to change the kind of pitch. As the batting team, the player has the option of swinging, bunting, and telling their teammates to steal.
