Pyukumuku(JP) is a species of Pokémon in the series of the same name. It is a Water Pokémon introduced in the seventh generation in Pokémon Sun and Moon.

Physiology and Behavior

Pyukumuku is a small squishy round black Pokémon similar to a sea cucumber. It has a white tail-like puff on its back and several pink spikes. Between its tiny pink eyes is a large mouth where it is able to eject its fist-like innards at things it considers foes. It is covered with a slippery, viscous fluid that can keep Pyukumuku from drying out for over a week.

Once a Pyukumuku finds a spot it likes, it will refuse to move and come back if someone moves it, even if there is no food. Tourists aren't particularly fond of them but, natives will feel sorry for them and throw them back into the food rich ocean.

Main Pokémon games

In Pokémon Sun and Moon, the player can take a side quest daily on Hano Beach to throw 6 Pyukumuku back into the ocean. After all 6 are thrown, the player can return to hotel employee to earn 20000
