Pugo (Japanese: プーゴ Pugo) is a Daein criminal who led a small brigand group in Nevassa, the capital city, after the Mad King's War. While the occupying Begnion army was obsessed with hunting down the rebel Dawn Brigade, they paid no attention to Pugo and his bandits and let them run wild and pillage the people of Nevassa.
