When the ability holder enters battle, heavy rain is summoned. "Heavy rain" has all the effects of standard rain, but it also has some other effects. The rain remains active until the ability holder leaves the battle, and fire type attacks have no effect. This cannot be replaced by any other weather condition, but it can be bypassed via Cloud Nine or Air Lock.
