Pokémon Gold and Pokémon Silver are the second installments of the Pokémon series of role-playing video games developed by Game Freak and published by Nintendo for the Game Boy Color. The series featured a new region entitled Johto and introduces a century of new Pokémon. Pokémon Crystal was created as a sequel to the games.
