Pico is a fire element mage in Magical Starsign. He is one of Madeleine's students at Will-O'-Wisp Academy, and is one of the members of the Protagonist's party. He is Chai's best friend.

Pico appears to be a bit older than his classmates, which seems likely due to the fact he was held back a few times at the academy. His teenaged figure boasts a muscular form, tanned/dark skin, purple eyes, and bright red or orange hair that is wild and messy. His outfit consists of a sleeveless green turtleneck with gold trim, matching arm bracers, a blue-and-white rope belt, baggy green pants, and brown tabi socks tucked neatly into a pair of red, orange, and green ninja-style sandals. In addition, there is a sort of over-skirt layer with orange drapery, brown fabric, and red trim. On this layer, there are many geometric patterns in oranges and reds. Curiously, there are also a pair of horn or feather-like objects ontop of Pico's head. They are white and blue, and it is never stated what they are or why he is wearing them (if they're not actually horns).
